Mbunge mmoja wa Kenya amekamatwa kufuatia matamshi aliyotoa dhidi ya Rais Uhuru Kenyatta wikendi iliyopita

Even Kenya incitement is insulting the president, very good example is this MP, because has mentioned mama Ngina Kenyatta, everyone is yapping
Kisha upupu wa pili uliofanya ni kichwa cha na source yako..
Sijui huaga unafikiria kweli unapofungua uzi au ni unenguaji tu ndio unataka

Insulting the president is not incitement or a crime in Kenya, this was determined in a supreme court ruling in 2015. Go find the ruling from the judiciary website , unless you do not actually know how to look for information on the web.

Stop your nonsense, even in Tanzania what you need is to inform police, in Kenya even those who tried to demonstrate against those who took money of Covid-19 were beaten like dogs, you don't have any freedom in Kenya, your police are killing you carelessly, they brutalize you whenever they wish.

Mbunge Akamatwa Kwa Kumkashifu Rais

i) Have you found the court proceedings concerning this case? Kama bado hiyo ingine ni kelele ya chura.

ii) Police brutality is punished in Kenya by an independent police oversight body (IPOA), 200 policemen and women are being investigated for brutality and 70 are already in jail after prosecution, wapi hiyo imefanyika Tanzania?

Wacha pang'ang'a mingi, kama mbwa imepotea njia ya kuenda nyumbani.

With all those noises still Kenya tops Africa in police brutality and killings [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]

Kenyan MP, Johanna Ng'eno has been arrested on Monday evening for remarks made against President Uhuru Kenyatta over the weekend, according to a news report by Today.

Ng'eno is accused of using abusive and demeaning language against the president, the Daily Nation newspaper reports quoting a police report.

He is set to appear in court on September 8. A video clip of the MP's utterances on the fallout between President Kenyatta and his deputy William Ruto has circulated widely on social media.

"Unsavoury words against mothers and Head of State is a NO, NO. No amount of anger justifies the use of offensive insulting language. There exist decent ways to communicate however one feels," Ruto tweeted.

He is heard telling the president to dissolve the government and quit if he is uncomfortable working with Ruto.

Chaotic scenes during the MP's arrest in his Emurua Dikirr constituency, in the Rift Valley region, were streamed on his Facebook page.

The president's deputy tweeted after Ng'eno's arrest that "leaders should exercise restraint and avoid insults and bad language against other Kenyans."
